What Information Do We Collect?
When you visit our web site, our web server automatically collects basic information about you such as your computer's IP address, the time you accessed our web site, and the pages you visited. Our web server does not collect your email address if you simply visit our web site.

If you choose to sign up for our Virtual Agent™ service or request our Free Market Analysis service, you will be asked for certain personal identification information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, etc.) and certain additional information needed to fulfill your request (e.g., type of house you are interested in for the Virtual Agent, your home address for Free Market Analysis).

How Do We Use This Information?
The information our web server collects automatically when you just visit our web site is used only by Equity Max Realtors and only for the purpose of analyzing web site usage trends and statistics, after which the data is deleted.

The information you supply when you sign up for the Virtual Agent service or request a Free Market Analysis is used only to fulfill your specific request, then the data is discarded. To fulfill these requests, Equity Max Realtors uses an information system provided by the Northern Kentucky Multiple Listing Service (NKMLS) and used by licensed Realtors in Northern Kentucky, and portions of the data you supply will be entered into that system. Specifically, for the Virtual Agent service, we will enter characteristics of the property you wish to purchase and, if you have requested delivery via email, your email address. For the Free Market Analysis, we will enter your address and the neighboring street names you provide us. The NKMLS will use this data only for the express purpose of fulfilling the service you requested.

Other Means of Tracking or Collecting User Information
Our web site does not use cookies, web bugs, beacons, or any other means (except as described under "What information do we collect?") to track users or collect user information.

Our web site contains links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy policy or content of those web sites.
